EuropeanStartups General Terms of Use

We decided cut to the point and avoid long legal text that noone reads. This set of rules follows some basic legal stuff and, most of all, common sense.

By using the EuropeanStartups site, you are agreeing to the set of rules we defined, which will govern your use of EuropeanStartups.

We cannot leave unmentioned that we can change these rules whenever, but we'll let you know of any changes. Still, these rules are just here to make everyones life better, so we woun't be puttin there stuff that does not make any sense.

General Use Restrictions

All of the content you find on EuropeanStartups is user-generated, and it appears at EuropeanStartups if you send your Tweet to @eustartups with a special code defined for each ad type. When you click "Add new" at any presented category, you will be taken to Twitter to post your message that will appear at EuropeanStartups. When you get to Twitter in this way you will be already presented with a short code that will add your message to our system.

Third Party Content

We can't take any responsibility for the truthfulness of any user-generated content.

Links to Third Party Sites

Just because links shows up on EuropeanStartups doesn't mean that we're endorsing them or any of the content or other links you may find when you get there.

Submitting

We cannot control the content you post at EuropeanStartups via Twitter.

To submit content, you must agree to the following:

1. * You will not submit spam.
2. * You will not solicit or post any sexually explicit images (actual or simulated).
3. * You will not post anything that exploits children or minors or that depicts cruelty to animals.
4. * You will not post any copyrighted or trademarked materials without the express permission from the owner.
5. * You will not attempt to overload our system or clog our @eustartups Twitter account with multiple submissions from one source in a short period of time.
